Six-horned goat

Imagine walking by the country side over at in the middle of nowhere, lets just say inner Mongolia late at night, and suddenly this six horned goat just stare at you. Now that would be something. That would be a revelation. An epiphany. An omen. Or it could just be a goat wondering what the hell you are doing in the middle of Mongolia.

According to ChinaDaily.com, this six-horned goat, a rare beast, lives on a farm in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Banned from reincarnating

According to this news, Buddhist monks in Tibet will need to get permission from the Chinese government to reincarnate.

In one of history's more absurd acts of totalitarianism, China has banned Buddhist monks in Tibet from reincarnating without government permission. According to a statement issued by the State Administration for Religious Affairs, the law, which goes into effect next month and strictly stipulates the procedures by which one is to reincarnate, is "an important move to institutionalize management of reincarnation."

Now this is a new concept, governing faith.
